The following minimum rental fees apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights when booked more than 12 months in advance of the event date and during the month of December:
- Friday night minimum is $12,999.00 for events being booked more than 12 months in advance of the event date.
- Saturday night minimum is $14,999 for events that are booked more than 12 months in advance of the event date.
- Sunday night minimum is $9,999 for events that are booked more than 12 months in advance of the event date.
- The following minimum rental fees apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights when booked within 12 months of the event date:
- Friday night minimum is $9,999.00 for events being booked within 12 months of the event date.
- Saturday night minimum is $12,999 for events that are booked within 12 months of the event date.
- Sunday night minimum is $5,999 for events that are booked within 12 months of the event date.
